We’ve been with British Swim School for the past three years, and both of my toddlers have attended classes here. Overall, we’ve had a positive experience, and Brandon deserves special recognition. He is exceptional, patient, encouraging, and truly invested in helping the children learn. However, my experience with my younger daughter has been disappointing. She progressed from Tadpole to Minnow, but she has now been in the Minnow level for about 11 months with no progress to the next level. That is concerning. I understand that every child develops at a different pace, but after nearly a year, I would expect clearer feedback on what skills she still needs to master or a plan to help her advance. Because of this, I can’t give a higher rating. While the instructors and staff have been great overall, I believe there should be better communication and evaluation when a child remains in the same level for such a long time.

Brandon has been an amazing swim instructor for my sister, my two cousins, and me over the past month and a half. As adults taking swimming lessons, we truly appreciate how patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable he is. He does a great job of making sure we understand each skill by having us practice the drills until we're comfortable and safe in the water. At the beginning of every lesson, he reviews the skills we've learned in previous weeks to reinforce what we've practiced and help us continue building our confidence. One thing we really appreciate is that he tailors his teaching to each of our individual skill levels. Even though there are four of us in the class, he makes sure everyone receives the attention, encouragement, and guidance they need to improve. He creates a fun, supportive environment where we all feel comfortable asking questions, challenging ourselves, and celebrating each other's progress. We genuinely look forward to every lesson because Brandon makes learning enjoyable while also prioritizing safety and proper technique. If you're an adult thinking about learning to swim or improving your swimming skills, we highly recommend Brandon. His patience, dedicatio

My family and I are extremely satisfied with our experience at British Swim School. The entire team has been wonderful and supportive from the very beginning. My son has received the perfect amount of guidance and encouragement to help him become a more confident and skilled swimmer. We've seen great progress in his abilities, and the instructors do an excellent job of making learning both effective and enjoyable. In addition, all of the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I had questions about the app, they patiently walked me through how to schedule classes and use its other features. Their customer service has been outstanding. We truly appreciate the caring and professional environment they provide and would highly recommend British Swim School to any family looking for quality swim instruction.

My daughter started swim class in August 2025 as a starfish and quickly progressed to shark 1 in 7 months by attending 1 class per week. She did not know how to tred water or swim and now she can so it all! I am so proud of her progress and the instructors she works with! Brandon taught her from the beginning and now with her again as a Shark 1. She was also able to use her skills during vacation this spring and she was super excited to swim alone!
